Cinereal is a hospitality consulting and experiential marketing company that designs experiences people remember. We build immersive concepts, activations, and entertainment programming for venues, brands, and properties that want more than surface-level atmosphere. Our work lives at the intersection of performance, design, and hospitality, and everything we make is built to be felt, not just seen.
The DRIFT
The Drift is a new immersive entertainment venue and bar/lounge concept opening in Savannah, GA. We're building something that guests will talk about before they've been, and keep coming back to because it never feels quite the same twice. The Drift is designed for the kind of night out that shifts something, and the performers we bring into it are a core part of how that happens.
About This Call
This isn't a call for performers who do one thing well. This is a call for artists who can do several things brilliantly.
We're casting for a range of performance disciplines including dance, aerial arts, acting, singing, live music, circus arts, burlesque, and variety/specialty acts. What excites us most is the overlap. A professional dancer with aerial training and comfort in burlesque-style performance. An actor with a clowning background who can juggle and hold a tune. A singer who can break out of a scene and work the room. Cross-disciplinary training isn't a bonus here. It's the foundation of what we're building.
Our projects are immersive. That means you'll be embedded in the experience, not on a stage looking out at a crowd. You'll need to be genuinely skilled at improvisation and audience interaction, knowing how to read a room, adapt in real time, and maintain character through anything. You should also have a strong foundation in learning choreography and staging, since these projects involve both structured material and live, unscripted moments.
Savannah, GA local availability is required. We are not currently accepting remote applications or artists who need relocation support.
You might be a strong fit if you:
Train or perform across multiple disciplines and bring them together fluidly
Are highly skilled in at least one of the following: dance, aerial arts, acting, singing, circus arts, burlesque, live music, or specialty performance
Have real experience with audience interaction and improvisation
Can learn and retain choreography, blocking, and staging with precision
Are genuinely comfortable in an unscripted moment with strangers two feet away from you
